RMA for Repairs, Returns

Please complete all fields in this form, or your RMA request may be delayed. Pressing the submit button will automatically email the request to BatteryDAQ. Upon receipt of product, our technicians will evaluate the device and provide a report of the analysis. The device will be repaired or replaced per our hardware warranty policy. This process may take 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, please  contact: sales@batterydaq.com

Please do not ship your product until you receive a RMA Number from a BatteryDAQ representative. Returning a product without an RMA number will cause delays in processing.
